For those of us who love to cook, this is the Grand Dam of vacations! Absolutely the best experience with a fabulous group of instructors…Sandra Lotti, the owner and main teacher, is full of personality, knowledge and experience. The school is very informal and the food is divine…..the petite villa that you call home for a week is cozy and comfortable…the grounds of the estate are encompassed by over 6000 olive trees, some are 1200 years old.. Our tour time with a guide took us to many wonderful places.

Thank you so much for your assistance with our trip to Italy in May 2010. What a wonderful experience we had. I’ve never been on a vacation quite like that before. From the original booking of the trip I felt as if you were holding my hand the entire way. You handled all the air, train, transfers, bus tours, cooking school…everything. You are amazing!!! Even though it was my first trip to Italy I felt very secure knowing you had actually been to the cooking school, met Sandra (the chef and most wonderful teacher in the world) and toured her facility.

If you will remember we began our trip in Pisa where we had a leisurely tour around the town and had dinner at the most amazing restaurant near our hotel. Then, we went on to Toscana Soporita where we learned some amazing Italian cooking techniques, as well as, ate the most amazing food and toured the local towns. Then we ended out trip in Rome; where you booked us in the most amazing hotel with a window view of the Vatican. You recommended the on/off bus and that was the best way to see the town. We again ate the best food, and, of course, drank the best wine!

I made some amazing friends on our trip and I hope to return to Tuscany in a few years so I can have the privilege of taking another cooking class during a different season of the year.
